How to cook your favorite food? Carbonara INGREDIENTS 4-6 strips bacon, chopped 1 pc. onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 pc. Knorr Beef Broth Cube, mashed 2 cups all purpose cream 1⁄2 kg. spaghetti cooked al dente ground pepper, to taste pinch of nutmeg (optional) 3-4 tbsp cheese, grated METHOD Pan-fry bacon until crisp and set aside leaving bacon oil in the pan. Saute onion and garlic . Add Knorr Beef Broth Cubes, mash with the spices and mix well. Add all purpose cream, let this simmer for a minute. Add cooked spaghetti.
